Project Hero programs facilitate positive change in communities throughout Australia and the United States. Our experiential WORKSHOPS empower and teach participants how to connect, express and BE THE HERO our world so desperately needs.
The workshops are designed to unite and empower participants utilising a combination of learning strategies covering the different types of learning styles. We engage participants in an innovative, experiential ‘Hero’s Journey’ of discovery that enhances communication skills, increases confidence and improves group dynamics. As participants clarify their individual and group strengths, they learn to appreciate diversity and gain a stronger sense of identity. Participants are empowered to make sound decisions that lead to greater success, both individually and in groups.

Project Hero in the Workplace
Project Hero in the Workplace builds a sense of team connectedness and appreciation of diversity, significantly impacting bottom-line profitability by increasing work performance and decreasing turnover, absenteeism and presenteeism. This innovative and engaging workshop helps define what is and is not workplace bullying through activities that demonstrate the link between behaviour and workplace culture. Project Hero for Youth builds a sense of connectedness and appreciation of diversity, positively impacting outcomes by increasing performance and decreasing absenteeism and disengagement. We engage participants in storytelling and discovery exercises that awaken a sense of community and humanity. Using techniques that create empathy and teach strategies to triumph over tough times, we encourage the journey towards self-discovery to unfold.
